Update

All three of the last recipes I posted were amazing!  I'll never buy store-bought Caesar dressing or croutons again, and Adam called the pork "the best he's ever had."  The salmon was super easy and I modified my side dish to some roasted Yukon Gold potatoes.  Here are pictures of 2 out of the 3 meals.  We were too hungry for the Salmon to bother with the camera...
